Hey peoples!
So I went and saw Oz the Great and Powerful yesterday.
It was awesome! A must see. Another must see btw is Life of Pi!! So good!
Anyway me being the music geek I am I was inspired to learn the theme music from Oz the Great and Powerful. I spent 2 hours today writing it down. But it was a success and its so enchanting and magical!
I don't know where I would be without my music! Probably a druggy or a alcoholic or something.
So Today I just want to say I will be forever grateful for music. Oh and also I'm thinking of going back to school in a year or two for my music and dance!!!! Can't wait!
Catch you all later :-D

P.S Here's the link to the song I'm learning on the piano!!! It's so beautiful! http://youtu.be/zS1ANG-WzY0

diy for under eye circles
Hey,
Okay so today I'm gonna put up a couple of good remedies for removing those under eye circles! Yay!
Okay so every morning you wake up and your eyes are undoubtedly pretty puffy and dark, yikes! So most people just grab the concealer and cake it on. The only problem with that tho is that concealer kind of highlights areas. So not only are you blocking your skin from being able to breath and causing wrinkles, but your also "highlighting" that area!
So here are just a couple of diy home remedies that are 100% natural.
The first one requires one ingredient, easy right?? Bet you can't guess what it is!?
Thats right its a cucumber. Cucumbers reduce redness and have a cooling effect and will reduce puffy, dark eyes. So all you need is 1- a cucumber 2- cotton pledges 3- a juicer 4- freezer bag (any size) 5- a freezer
Okay so just take the cucumber and cut it into like 4 pieces and juice it. (put the juice into a regular size bowl) okay know take your cotton and just start soaking them in the juice. squeeze out the extra juice and place it on a plate. Once you've made as many as you want (I make like 30 at a time so it will last me a month!) your going to place Okay now throw them in the freezer and your done! Just kidding :-P
Okay so in the morning when you wake up go to the freezer and pull 2 cotton pledges out and set them on a plate. Go take a shower or do your morning routine or whatever. When you get back it should be thawed out. Okay so take the cotton and place one on each eye. Now your gonna leave this on for around 10 minutes. Your eyes and the skin around the eyes will feel cool and refreshed! Awesome right? Right ;-)
Now for a second one. This one again only requires one ingredient. Its tea bags. So you can use regular mint tea, green tea, just whatever tea you have.... Okay so go ahead and brew your self some tea. Now instead of throwing those precious tea bags in the trash (What a waste!!) your gonna need 2 by the way. So let them cool down so their just warm. Make sure to squeeze out most of the liquid from the bags. Now this is easy, your just gonna take and place a tea bag on each eye and leave it on for like 10 minutes. The tea leaves have all those good minerals and vitiams and will help reduce under eye circles and puffy eyes.
So there you have it 2 pretty simple yet effective way of naturally getting rid of those under eyes and puffy eyes.
Until next time

Brownies.
Hey everyone!
I decided to try yet another new brownie recipe. This one is a Julia Child's recipe so to say he least I was a bit wary to try as I know some of hers can be a bit complicated. But me being well ha ha me I was up for the challenge! Now Julia Child was a American woman who moved, for 4 years, to France back in the early 60's with her husband. While there she started taking a cooking class but soon found that it was really her stuff so instead she started taking a chef class! Julia was a very caring, loving, sweet person. But she was also very competitive. So after mastering her class she started teaching others and soon after wrote the book "Mastering the art of french cooking" She wrote it for American woman. But anyone who's seen it knows that Julia's recipes are a little complicated. But also very very good! I actually just watched a movie about her called "Julie and Julia" starring Meryl Streep and Amy Adams. Very very good movie, its worth watching.
Now for the brownies.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces unsalted butter
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs, room temperature
note* on the chocolate all I had was semi-sweet chocolate chips so..... i reduced the sugar to 1 1/2 cup just so it wouldn't be super sugary.
Directions:
1. Put a rack in the center of the oven and pre-heat to 350 degrees.
2. Sift together the flour and salt; set aside.
3. Melt the butter and all of the chocolate together the in the microwave in a large bowl or gently over double boiler.
4. Add one cup of the sugar to the chocolate-butter mixture and stir for 30 seconds. Stir in the vanilla.
5. Mix the remaining sugar and the four eggs in an electric mixer bowl for a few seconds until just combined.
6. Little by little, pour half of the sugar-egg mixture into the chocolate mixture, stirring gently but constantly with a rubber spatula so that the eggs don’t set from the heat.
7. Whip the remaining sugar and eggs in the electric mixer until they are thick, pale, and doubled in volume, about three minutes.
8. Using the rubber spatula, gently fold the whipped eggs into the chocolate mixture.
9. When the eggs are almost completely incorporated, gently fold in the dry ingredients.
10. Pour and scrape the batter into an un-buttered 9-inch square baking pan.
11. Bake the brownies for 22-26 minutes, they should rise a little and the top will look dark and dry.
12. Make a small cut in the the center of the brownies after about 22 minutes to check for doneness. They’ll be perfect if they are just barely set and still gooey.
13. Remove from oven and cool in the pan on a rack before cutting.
These brownies are amazing! Happy cooking!
